Reserving Your Tour with. Peru Nature Photography

Early reservations are highly recommended.  Airlines often sell out their best fares and hotels can fill up months in advance, particularly the Cusco,Arequipa, Puno and Puerto Maldonado hotels.  To reserve your trip, you simply make a 30% non-refundable deposit, via Western Union, or paypal. Each participant must also fill out, digitally sign, and submit a Booking Form (parents must digitally sign for children under 18). Prior to your departure you will receive pre-departure information relevant to your trip and your destination, and an itinerary.

One of our main objectives as a company is to help preserve and protect natural sites in danger of destruction. With respect to the environment, tourism may be part of the problem or part of the solution, and we strive to promote the type of trip that is part of the solution: We also firmly believe that, as guests of another country, we must do everything possible to act with social and environmental responsibility. Therefore we commit to you, not to use and buy plastic or disposable bottles, so we will avoid more pollution and not leave traces of our trip. If you agree with this policy, you can proceed to make your reservation


We require the following payment schedule for our trips:

At time of reservation  30% per person non-refundable deposit

30 days prior to departure or at time of invoicing……………… Balance

Any trips reserved 30 days or less prior to departure require payment in full upon reserving.

Balances are paid once you arrive in Cusco. One of our transfers will be at your hotel, for the corresponding payment prior to your tour.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and payments must be made in US dollars.  Payment for air tickets is due at the time the tickets are issued.

A few of our tours are priced according to the number of passengers in your group.  Staff and guides (hotel and train) of Peru Nature Photography are not included in the tier pricing count.  Prices listed on Peru Natre Photography website and printed materials are subject to change.  Accommodations are based on double occupancy. Participants who specifically request single rooms (with no roommate) must pay a “single supplement.”  The single supplement varies from trip to trip (hotels).



The notice of cancellation of your trip must be received in writing by Peru Nature Photography.

If you cancel your trip the initial deposit of 30%, is not refundable, since our staff immediately makes reservations for hotels, trains, and all corresponding income for the tour that you book. In most cases the institutions in charge of the state do not make any return.

The following charges will be applied to canceled trips, for the moment to another.

The total cost for the entire trip Less than 5 days or when you already made the payment upon arrival in Cusco. 100% of the total cost for the entire trip. peru nature photography is responsible for making the corresponding payment to our staff for no show, as well as all purchases of supplies for our expeditions.

Peru Nature Photography is a flexible and understandable company with our clients, in case you feel bad, due to altitude sickness or health issues, we offer you alternative tours similar to your purchased service, for your comfort and enjoyment.

We highly recommend that all clients purchase trip cancellation insurance.  No partial refunds are possible for unused portions of a trip.Peru Nature Photography is not responsible for any expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for a canceled trip (like hotels,train, transport, nonrefundable advance purchase air tickets, visa fees, inoculations, equipment, etc.) or for any additional arrangements.  If for any reason Peru Nature Photography cancels your trip, an alternative trip of a similar standard will be offered to you.  If this is not acceptable to you, then all moneys paid by you to PNP will be refunded.  Beyond the trip costs paid to us, PNP is not responsible for any loss or damage that arises out of any cancellation for any reason whatsoever.



To the citizens of the USA, Europe, Asia, Africa or Oceania. Traveling outside their countries are required to carry documentation of citizenship of origin, such as a passport and updated student card. It is your responsibility to obtain the proper documentation to travel, including, among others, a passport and the required visas. Many countries require that their passport be valid for 6 months after the date of travel.



We strongly recommend that all our travelers buy travel insurance. Travel insurance can help cover everything from loss of luggage, lost connections and interruption of travel to medical emergency, including medical evacuation costs. It also helps to protect you in case of loss of non-refundable deposits and payments resulting from the cancellation or interruption of the trip. Families traveling together, in particular, can benefit from traveler’s insurance, due to the high investment in the trip and the greater risk of illness of a person, resulting in cancellation of the entire trip.



These paragraphs define our responsibility with respect to all of our trips. Please read them carefully.

Participation in your chosen trip represents your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily requested to participate in the trip I have chosen (or on any trip to which I transfer). I understand and hereby acknowledge that there are inherent and other risks related to travel and activities of this type, and I assume those risks voluntarily and freely. I understand that traveling in the destination I am traveling to implies a greater level of risk of traveling than in my country, and that the security standards and travel conditions are not at the same level as in my country. These risks include, but are not limited to: forces of nature, which include but are not limited to climate; physical effort for which I am not prepared; any and all risks associated with vehicle collisions or traffic accidents of any kind; accidents related to risky physical activities, rafting, hiking, kayaking, biking and any other physical activity; criminal activity; high altitude; transportation faults; each and every one of the risks associated with food and impure water; any and all risks associated with diseases or diseases; civil disturbances; consumption of alcoholic beverages; accident or illness without rapid access to medical supplies or services; the adequacy of medical care once provided; and lost or lost luggage. I understand that changes in the planned itinerary may occur as a result of local circumstances or events. I accept changes in the services, the route, the type of transportation and the time that these circumstances and local events may need, which include, among others, mechanical failures, strikes, weather conditions, flight cancellations or other unforeseen problems. Peru Nature Photography reserves the right to replace the hotels indicated in the itinerary if necessary. I also understand that Peru Nature Photography reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its trips, and may use such records for promotional and / or commercial purposes.

I understand and acknowledge that the services that Peru Nature Photography provides in relation to its itineraries, including hotels, restaurants, transportation and other services, are purchased from several independent providers that are not owned or operated by Peru Nature Photography. I understand and agree that I will not hold Peru Nature Photography responsible for actions taken by any local travel provider, including destination management companies and other service providers that provide all the services that make up the trip in which I participate. I understand that Peru Nature Photography has no right to control the operations of these suppliers and accepts that Peru Nature Photography will not be responsible for any act or omission of any independent or unrelated third party provider. I expressly accept that Peru Nature Photography, and its own agents and employees, will not be responsible for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, irregularity, damage, loss, injury to the person or damage to property caused through the conduct or non-compliance. from any company or person dedicated to providing these services. Each of these passenger transport companies, tourism companies, hotels, restaurants, etc., is subject to the laws of the state or country where the service is provided.
